This project is due to start in 2023 and will involve the demolition of 11 derelict bungalows and the adjoining community hall to replace them with 18 new homes for council rent.
This will include the erection of 6 two storey family homes consisting of three and four bedrooms and 12 one and two bed apartments in 2 three storey blocks.
