This project due to start in 2023 is part of the Dumballs Road regeneration zone, a £55 million Build to Rent scheme, commercial and retail.
Delivered over two phases, scheduled to be completed in October 2024, will deliver two buildings, of 8 and 15 storeys to include 432 one and two bedroom apartments, commercial and retail spaces.
