This project consisted of 198 Student bedrooms, including a mixture of double rooms, studios, flats, common rooms, cinema rooms and courtyards, built upon the old Cardiff Institute for the Blind.
The project added an extra 2 storeys to the existing 4 storeys making the building 6 storeys in total. The bottom storeys include 3 units for either retail, cafes or restaurants.
The Senior Architectural Systems being used on this project are SPW600 windows and doors, SPW300 windows and SD-SFG doors.
