This project involves the creation of a 3 block development which will provide 900 bed spaces over 26,000m2 area in a mix of studios including four, six and eight bed clusters.
Lydstep Flats, Cardiff
Cardiff Council removed the cladding in Dec 2018, and they have been suffering with a lack of insulation since. Work to put new safer cladding will take place in spring next year.
Ty Nant, Swansea
The site called Ty Nant previously house HMRC’s valuation office agency and will now be demolished to allow the construction for 11 storey 350 bed accomodation block.

This project consists of a new 96,870 sq ft seven storey office development on John Street, providing some office space
