The company was originally set up in 1986 by Andrew Morris named Denver Construction Services and traded out of a small office and yard in the centre of Cardiff.

As the company developed it moved these facility onto DumballsRoad in Cardiff Bay where it purchased a 2 unit warehouse with separate offices across the road, allowing an in-house drawing office to increase it’s capabilities along with a sheet metal department providing pressed metal products to accompany the windows, doors and curtain walling systems. From here it grew to a £3m turnover business and employed around 50 staff.

When the opportunity came to sell the premises the company bought a bigger site 200 yards down the road with purpose built offices overlooking the shop floor. By this point the business was turning over £5m and was continuing it’s expansion.

In 2011 the company merged with it’s former competitor Aluriteand moved into a purpose built factory with offices spanning over 25,000 foot and re-branded as Denvalco.

A restructure of the management team at this point has taken Denvalcoto it’s current turnover of £12m, employing around 100 staff, working nationally and is continuing it’s growth year on year.
